Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking engineers to build and enhance production-grade software across backend services, frontend components, APIs, workflows, and tests. You will review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability while collaborating with the team on design and engineering practices.

Required experience includes Java, Oracle, and PostgreSQL in production environments, and using Claude or GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI tools to generate, test, debug, refactor

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Oracle and PostgreSQL in production software development across backend, frontend, APIs, workflows and tests.
• Experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding tools to generate, test, debug, refactor and document production-ready code.
