Accenture is hiring an AI-native software engineer to build production-grade products across the full stack, from architecture through deployment. You will design AI-powered systems, work with product managers and designers, and ensure reliability, security, and observability in production environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-stack software experience, strong AI tool proficiency, and a track record of delivering complex systems from prototype to scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Minimum 5 years building across the full stack, frontend and backend.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on AI-native engineering experience including LLMs, agents, tools.
• Minimum 1 year building reliable AI/agentic systems from zero to production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years total) or 6+ years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack, including architecture, data models, services, APIs, and AI systems.
• Design and implement AI-native products that work in real-world industry workflows.
• Set technical direction and balance speed, simplicity, security, and cost.
• Own product and production outcomes with a focus on reliability and customer impact.
