Accenture is forming small, autonomous product teams to deliver AI-native software at scale. This role is a hybrid engineering position requiring onsite work in multiple US offices with travel.

You will shape technical direction, own production outcomes, and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions that operate in real-world industry workflows. We seek engineers with strong fundamentals, product judgment, and experience shipping production AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software across the full stack.
• Hands-on AI-native engineering experience with LLM APIs or agent tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product capabilities end to end.
• Design and implement AI-native products with reliable performance.
• Operate within an AI-native engineering model with rigorous reviews.
• Set technical direction from prototype to production.
• Own production reliability, security, and observability.
• Raise engineering standards through strong technical reviews.
