Job summary

Accenture in Seattle is seeking a senior software engineer to build and ship full‑stack product capabilities, including agentic AI systems, from prototype to production, owning architecture, security and reliability.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers and customers to raise engineering standards and adopt AI-native practices across the product organization, delivering measurable outcomes. This role invites influence on tech strategy and cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires substantial experience building and shipping production software across the full stack, including at least two years of hands-on AI-native engineering and at least one year building reliable AI or agentic systems beyond prototypes. Candidates should demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment, effective use of AI development tools, sound decision-making under ambiguity, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
