Job summary

Accenture is building a new portfolio of agentic software products and seeks an AI-native software engineer to ship production-grade, end-to-end solutions. You will own architectures, data models, APIs, AI systems, and user experiences, collaborating with product managers and designers to transform ambiguous problems into robust software.

You will work in an AI-enabled workflow, leverage coding agents, and maintain accountability for security, reliability, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years eight years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Minimum of 8 years experience building across the full stack, including frontend and backend systems.
• Minimum of 8 years software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data modeling, APIs, testing, cloud-native development, security, observability, and production operations.
• Minimum 2 years of substantive, hands-on AI-native engineering experience as part of day-to-day work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building reliable AI or agentic systems that operate beyond a prototype or demonstration environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack, including architecture, data models, backend services, APIs, and UX.
• Design and implement AI-native products with agentic systems and robust evaluations.
• Work in an AI-native engineering model with coding agents and CI pipelines.
• Set technical direction by translating opportunities into executable plans.
• Own product and production outcomes with a focus on reliability and observability.
• Raise the engineering bar through rigorous technical review and shared standards.
