Jobgether and a partner company seek a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development using Node.js/TypeScript and contribute to frontend with React/Next.js as needed. You will build scalable systems on AWS, implement automated testing and CI/CD, and help shape the AI-native engineering environment.

Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture and product direction, delivering robust services and impactful features that drive growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in backend engineering or full-stack development with a strong backend focus.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features through ideation to release and performance analysis.
• Research market trends and propose features to improve user acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and contribute to frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on architecture, system design, and engineering decisions for scalable growth.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Help develop an AI-native environment using AI agents and tooling to boost productivity.
