Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is building AI-native security experiences for employees, shipping agents, skills, and tools to reduce friction in security tasks. The team collaborates with Paranoids engineers to ensure developer-centric designs while maintaining security requirements and reliability.

You'll own tooling infrastructure, scale internal marketplaces for agents, and craft clear documentation so teammates can reuse and extend the platform. Expect hybrid work and dynamic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic AI tools.
• Proficient in a programming language like Python or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating APIs and Model Context Protocols to connect distributed systems.
• Proven track record of evaluating, validating, and refining AI outputs for accuracy and safety.
• Comfortable building lightweight UIs (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with MySQL for database querying and management.

Responsibilities

• Build employee-facing AI products including agents, skills, and tools.
• Advocate for the developer experience with Paranoids engineers and stakeholders.
• Own AI tooling infrastructure: skills, plugins, and internal agent marketplaces.
• Collaborate with diverse user segments from general employees to developers.
• Document standards, guides, and examples so others can reuse and extend work.
