• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic AI tools including prompt engineering and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build employee-facing AI products: design, ship agents, skills, and tools.
• Advocate for the developer experience with Paranoids engineers.
• Own and scale AI tooling infrastructure including plugins and marketplaces.
• Work with audience segments from general employees to developers to call center agents.
• Document standards and guides for reuse and extension.
