Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to build AI-native security experiences for Yahoo employees.

You will ship employee-facing AI products—agents, skills, and tools—that reduce friction and accelerate security work, while scaling AI tooling and internal marketplaces. You’ll advocate for developer experience, partner with Paranoids engineers, and shape what an AI-native function looks like inside a security org.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic AI tools.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating APIs and MCPs to connect distributed systems.
• Proven track record evaluating AI outputs for safety and accuracy.
• Comfortable building lightweight UIs (HTML/CSS/JS).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship employee-facing AI products (agents, skills, tools).
• Advocate for the developer experience and partner with Paranoids engineers.
• Own and scale AI tooling infrastructure, including plugins and marketplaces.
• Work with diverse user segments from general employees to developers to support adoption.
• Document standards and guides to enable reuse by the team.
