Aerones is seeking an AI Native Technical Product Manager to lead our customer-facing software, including the Customer Platform, in a fast-growing robotics company. You will prototype with AI coding agents, write executable specifications, and drive an agentic, specification-first development process with software teams.

You should have a track record shipping software with measurable adoption, be comfortable reading code in Django/Python, PostgreSQL, and React, and partner with commercial,

• Experience shipping software with measurable adoption.
• Ability to translate customer insights into strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define, instrument, and own metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, commercial value).
• Run continuous discovery with customers and translate insights into strategy and roadmap.
• Prototype with AI coding agents and validate UX with working prototypes.
• Lead a specification-first, AI-augmented delivery workflow with engineers.
• Develop and ship simple features end-to-end using coding agents.
• Define success measures for AI-powered features and ensure real-world validation.
• Coach the team in AI-native ways of working and maintain prompt libraries.
• Partner with leadership to launch products and drive adoption.
