Job summary

Walmart is seeking an AI-native product leader to drive vision, strategy, and execution for Wally, Walmart's AI merchandising assistant, partnering with engineering, data science, and business leaders to deliver trusted AI experiences at enterprise scale.

You will shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and mentor product managers while aligning cross-functional teams to business outcomes. This on-site role is based in San Bruno, CA, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
• 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
• Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data.
• Guide teams in defining success metrics aligned to customer outcomes and validate across product and user dimensions.
• Influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity-sizing models.
• Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.
