Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Product Manager for the Amends & Substitutions team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will shape the product vision, collaborate with engineering, operations, and data science to deliver AI-powered experiences that improve order outcomes and customer confidence.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define capabilities, measure success, and drive 10x growth initiatives while maintaining Walmart’s Everyday Low Prices philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related area with 5 years in product management.
• Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or MBA plus 3+ years PM experience.
• Experience building AI-native applications, AI-assisted decisioning, and AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap.
• Deeply understand customers through research and data analysis.
• Optimize the end-to-end funnel to boost engagement and retention.
• Champion innovation with new features and strategic investments.
• Build AI-native customer experiences with AI tools and LLMs.
