Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Product Manager III to lead strategy and execution for moderately complex products. You will drive customer discovery, prioritize roadmaps, and align go-to-market initiatives with business goals.

Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business partners, you will set KPIs, benchmark competitors, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, while mentoring junior PMs and leveraging emerging technologies to boost value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 3 years’ product management experience.
• Option 2: 5 years’ product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for a moderately complex product with independent roadmap prioritization.
• Research and validate customer needs via engagement, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Define product strategy and KPIs by benchmarking competition and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business partners.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlog, and launch readiness with operational workflows.
• Apply data-driven decisions and experimentation to improve features and adoption.
• Mentor junior product managers and support continuous learning.
