Job summary

Amazon Advertising seeks a Product Manager, Technical for the Builder Productivity team to define and drive a product transforming how features are delivered to customers. This role serves 5,000+ Ads engineers and centers on AI-native orchestration systems that shorten multi-team delivery timelines.

You will own the product vision and end-to-end roadmap, collaborating with engineers and executives to prioritize capabilities between builder tooling and cross-team orchestration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritisation and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for AI-native development tools and agentic systems that serve every Ads engineer
• Partner with executive stakeholders across 5+ organisations to drive adoption and secure investment from partner teams
• Collaborate with engineering to shape agent capabilities across three phases: Ideation (discovery and design), Construction (parallel development), and Operation (deploy and monitor)
• Define success metrics, measure productivity impact, and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Identify customer pain points through data analysis of delivery timelines, coordination overhead, and builder workflows
• Drive prioritisation across a portfolio spanning builder tooling, agent infrastructure, and cross-team orchestration
