Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI Builder (No Code) to lead our GTM Strategic Initiatives from NYC, SFO, or Detroit with 2+ days onsite. You will drive the shift to AI-native program management, design and ship automated workflows, and build reusable AI assets for the team.

You will enable adoption, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, translating complex concepts into practical outputs for non-technical users, with strong communication at the core.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program, product, or operations engineering.
• 1+ years hands-on building LLM-based tools used by non-technical team members.
• 1+ years shipping production automation into a business workflow.
• 1+ years experience with Copilot, Power Automate, and/or Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and drive automation phasing with team leadership to define the team's path to AI native.
• Architect and build automated workflows replacing manual program management work for senior PMs.
• Data plumbing and integration with systems of record; ensure reliable production automations.
• Ship weekly with iterative improvements and measurable impact.
• Define measurement approach and report on time saved and adoption.
• Create an internal asset library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates.
• Lead enablement and adoption with docs, office hours, and non-technical guidance.
• Champion governance and responsible AI use with data privacy standards.
