Job summary

Concord is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a client's Program Management Office on a contract basis. You will lead assigned software programs, drive delivery of strategic initiatives, and model AI-native program management in practice.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of technical program management experience, deep software/expert AI tooling knowledge, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building, leading, and delivering complex technical programs.
• Deep expertise in software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle, including agent-driven product development.
• Proven ability to connect business outcomes to strategy and drive execution.
• Track record of influencing at all levels in a matrix organization.
• Experience using AI and analytical tools to assess progress and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Influence: shape strategy and execution at the program level.
• Deliver Results: define outcomes, end-to-end plans, governance, and risk management.
• Build and Scale Practices: drive repeatable, scalable frameworks and AI-enabled practices.
