Job summary

Axle, the AI-native clearinghouse for property and casualty insurance, seeks a Product Manager to shape the agentic platform and interfaces. You’ll translate field learnings from GTM teams into scoped requirements and drive projects from discovery to launch, improving reliability, accuracy, and ease of use across market segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management or related roles.
• Strong technical fluency: AI agents, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — translate complex concepts clearly.
• Track record of making smart prioritization decisions balancing needs and feasibility.
• Sharp product intuition — assess what matters and what to build.
• Founder mindset: move fast in ambiguous environments and build 0→1 products.
• Insatiable curiosity and collaborative attitude to move the product forward.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback into clearly scoped product requirements for Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering to determine complexity, milestones, and constraints.
• Work with leadership to prioritize projects into the product roadmap.
• Define and iterate on Axle's product vision, principles, and success metrics.
