Job summary

Ampity Infotech is seeking a Software Developer AI-Native Developer to build full-stack features for client products, using AI coding tools as a daily part of the workflow. You will contribute to AI-powered capabilities, including LLM integrations and RAG pipelines, and own production-quality code with strong testing and documentation practices.

As part of the Client Delivery Engineering team, you will collaborate with client engineers, review changes, and participate in CI/CD and AWS

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on software development experience with production code shipped to real users.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Java).
• Daily, hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in a real development workflow.
• Demonstrated judgment in verifying AI-generated code: testing discipline and code review habits.
• Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, and Git-based version control.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and how applications are deployed in production.
• Ability to write clearly: code comments, PR descriptions, and implementation notes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across the stack for client products using appropriate frameworks.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as a default part of the workflow to decompose tasks and accelerate delivery.
• Rigorously test, review, and fact-check AI-generated code before production.
• Build AI/LLM-powered features: prompt design, RAG pipelines, tool-calling or agent workflows.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and notes for knowledge transfer to team and client.
• Participate in code review, raise risk early, and seek review on high-risk changes.
• Collaborate directly with client engineering teams and communicate decisions clearly.
• Contribute to CI/CD, basic AWS deployment, and observability for built features.
