Vantor is seeking an AI-native Full Stack Software Engineer to build cloud-native applications and own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Solution Architecture.

This role emphasizes leveraging AI throughout the SDLC to accelerate delivery while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability, with a focus on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React/Angular, PostgreSQL and Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Agile development, and engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in AI-Assisted SDLC using AI to generate production-ready code and validate tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python/FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine engineering specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and software following engineering standards and best practices.
• Apply AI throughout the AI-Assisted (Agentic) SDLC to accelerate implementation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating all AI-generated outputs.
• Contribute to engineering automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled development practices.
