Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media against prompts, and provide written explanations of errors and misalignments, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and natural everyday speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and explain situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants welcome from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in, replay, and spot problems like distortions or misalignment.
• Write concise, English explanations pointing to observed issues and reasons behind judgments.
