Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and production AI systems.
• Ability to evaluate AI models and tool integration in production.
• Strong understanding of cost, latency, and reliability factors.

Responsibilities

• Bring frontier models into production quickly for users and engineers.
• Improve inference reliability with better error handling and failover.
• Own observability for the model layer and speed up fix cycles.
• Build model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
• Coordinate across Notion AI teams to unblock work and land fixes.
