Job summary

Meta's Technical Program Management (TPM) team is pioneering AI/ML-driven ads technology at global scale. This TPM role focuses on delivering high-impact AI/ML product solutions and guiding cross-functional programs with Infra, ML Ranking, product managers, and data scientists to enable state-of-the-art recommender systems.

You will define requirements, track progress, and influence technical strategy to align with product vision.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
• Experience delivering complex AI/ML programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Ability to define strategic direction and identify opportunities across products and programs.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining scope.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple teams and functions; strong critical thinking and leadership.
• Experience communicating with executives and influencing leadership to develop systems and products.
• Experience prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact and deadlines.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience building relationships across time zones and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical AI/ML product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage cross-functional products and programs execution in a matrix organization.
• Drive and influence technical and product strategy, identify risks and mitigation plans, align on priorities.
• Help define roadmaps and long-term strategy for the teams you work with.
• Define measurements to track impact and drive process improvements.
• Communicate technology, requirements, goals and milestones to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Meta to align on vision for improving execution and building solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication of planning, status, issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive product decisions to align with broader company initiatives.
