Tria Federal is seeking an AI/ML Engineering Technology Lead to spearhead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions supporting mission‑critical initiatives. You will guide a team of AI/ML engineers, define roadmaps, and collaborate with customer leadership to scale secure production‑ready systems.

Competenze

• Experience supporting IC/VA/DoD or federal programs.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI governance, XAI, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or GPU‑enabled distributed computing platforms.
• Active/current TS/SCI security clearance (Nice to have).

• Serve as the primary POC for all AI/ML‑related technical matters with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and productization of AI/ML technologies.
• Develop and communicate AI/ML strategies and technical roadmaps aligned with requirements.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI/ML technologies, research areas, and industry advancements.
• Represent AI/ML capabilities during customer engagements, briefings, and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship to AI/ML engineering teams.
