Job summary

LV8D Solutions LLC is seeking an AI/ML Systems Engineer to provide SETA support to a USG program, evaluating advanced AI/ML concepts and assisting in acquisition planning throughout the full lifecycle. This on-site role requires US citizenship and active clearance readiness.

The candidate will analyze tradeoffs, contribute to system definition, and develop briefings with assessments and recommendations for mission success in space and ground systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's and seven (7) years or more; PhD/JD and four (4) years or more experience.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies.
• Acquisition support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze advanced AI/ML concepts, systems, and architectures for space/ground systems.
• Support Agile SAFe program development processes and activities.
• Assist government with alternatives to optimize technical, cost, and schedule performance.
• Provide SETA support across concept, system definition, acquisition planning, design, integration, and test.
• Prepare briefs and reports with technical and programmatic assessments and recommendations.
