Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced SETA to provide acquisition and project management support for a U.S. Government R&D program office focused on AI/ML capabilities.

You will support pre-acquisition through execution and performance management, with familiarity in RF, SAR, and EW preferred. The role requires high-level judgement, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with TS/SCI + poly clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years experience; Master’s with 12+ years or PhD/JD with 9+ years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Judgement, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall lifecycle acquisition and program management support.
• Plan and execute end-to-end acquisition lifecycle functions and draft documents.
• Develop RFPs, RFIs, and Contractor Bidders’ Library; identify risks.
• Support source selections as advisor and provide strategic recommendations.
• Analyze requirements, performance metrics, and schedules of contracts.
• Coordinate actions across the team and monitor program reviews.
