Job summary

Core4ce seeks an experienced AI/ML Specialist to develop innovative AI-enabled tools and workflows for complex intelligence and geospatial problems. The role requires hands-on building with large-scale data, testing AI technologies, and collaborating with DoW and IC organizations.

The ideal candidate has deep AI/ML experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in transitioning research into operational environments, including GEOINT and geospatial domains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions for complex analytical problems.
• Experience with large-scale data and data science problem sets.
• Publications, patents, or demonstrated AI/ML expertise are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype AI/ML-enabled tools and workflows for complex analytical problems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to GEOINT, GIS, geospatial, imagery, and related applications.
• Research, experiment with, and evaluate emerging AI technologies and models.
• Design testing approaches to assess performance and operational applicability.
• Collaborate with diverse datasets (commercial, social media, open-source, intelligence).
• Prototype solutions rapidly and assess feasibility for operational deployment.
• Provide technical recommendations based on test results.
• Support transition of AI capabilities into operational environments.
• Deliver technical briefings and written products to varied audiences.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, computer vision, and multimodal AI.
