Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a GIS & Geospatial AI Expert to contribute domain knowledge for advancing next-generation AI systems. You will document advanced workflows and evaluate AI-generated solutions in real-world geospatial contexts, using Python and modern AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude Science.

The ideal candidate has strong GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analytics skills, plus hands-on AI agent experience.

Qualifications

Experience in GIS, remote sensing and spatial analytics.
Proficiency with Python and geospatial libraries.
Experience using AI coding agents to solve technical problems.
Ability to document complex workflows clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide expert analysis on GIS, geospatial data, remote sensing and spatial analytics.
Document advanced workflows involving AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Science).
Describe real-world tasks where AI agents perform multi‑step technical workflows, not just conversations.
Document project context, tool selection, technical approach, agent sequences, and outcomes.
Evaluate AI-generated solutions for complex geospatial challenges including large codebases, debugging, and feature development.
Share real-world examples where data complexity or constraints posed challenges and how AI agents contributed.
