Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software, ML platform, or solutions engineering roles.
• Expertise in ML model training across all phases: pre-training to post-training.
• Ability to conduct and interpret model evaluations.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data curation needs and design solutions.
• Lead customer PoCs connecting data curation with model performance.
• Produce evaluation reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams for seamless solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to customers.
