Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC in the DC area is seeking an AI/ML Solutions Architect to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for a Randstad client. You will blend advanced model development with MLOps, ensuring secure deployments on cloud platforms using Docker/Kubernetes and FastAPI, and drive platform adoption.

You will mentor junior team members, enable self-service capabilities, and translate business goals into scalable architectures to accelerate AI-driven value for the business.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python for ML and extensive experience with core AI/ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, polars, NumPy, seaborn).
• Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML systems with emphasis on MLOps; Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
• Deep expertise in generative AI and LLMs, including fine-tuning (LoRA) and performance optimization.
• Cloud deployment on AWS and/or Azure; Databricks for data processing and platform management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions with scalable, secure architectures.
• Drive platform adoption using Databricks and promote best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and enable self-service capabilities for broader adoption.
• Translate high-level business goals into technical architectures and roadmaps.
