BCT LLC is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer I to join our team in the Maryland area. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY.

You will work to help create AI/ML assisted systems engineering, architecture, security, and requirements generation, customizing access and interfaces with a Large Language Model tailored for the customer. Qualifications

• DoD 8570 compliance required.
• Seven years of software engineering experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; substitutions possible.

Responsibilities

• Generate required API accounts.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for intuitive use.
• Implement security measures for modular design.
• Coordinate access control measures.
• Create interfaces accessible across the customer community.
• Develop export features to Microsoft Office services.
• Bridge to external management tools.
• Produce instructional materials for user training.
• Provide lessons learned to improve AI/ML processes.
• Offer expert advice to customers based on their needs.

Skills

Active TS/SCI with Poly

DoD 8570 compliance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline

7+ years of SWE experience in similar programs
