Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer I in Maryland to join our team on a DoD-focused program. An active TS/SCI with POLY is required.

You will help create AI/ML-assisted systems engineering, architecture, security, and requirements generation, tailoring interfaces with a Large Language Model for the customer. Responsibilities include API account generation, secure UI design, access control design, and producing training materials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with POLY clearance required.
• Seven years of software engineering experience in similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; four additional SWE years may substitute for a degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate API accounts and design secure interfaces.
• Design security measures for modular design and access control.
• Coordinate access control measures and interoperability across systems.
• Develop user interfaces accessible to the customer community.
• Create instructional materials and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Provide expert AI/ML guidance to customers based on needs.
