Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer I in Annapolis, MD to help design AI/ML assisted systems engineering with secure interfaces to an LLM tailored for the customer. Active TS/SCI with POLY is required.

Seven years of SWE experience and a CS-related bachelor’s degree are required; DoD 8570 compliance is expected. The role offers competitive salary and extensive benefits, including 401(k), HSA, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university; four years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Generate required API accounts.
• Design user friendly interfaces allowing intuitive usage.
• Design security measures for modular design.
• Design/coordinate access control measures.
• Design accessible user interfaces for the customer community.
• Design export features to Microsoft Office services.
• Bridge interfaces to external management tools.
• Create instructional materials for user training.
• Provide lessons learned and AI/ML process improvements.
