Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow in AI/ML & Computational Biology for Antigen Design at the West Point, PA site. The role focuses on developing AI/ML workflows to model and stabilize conformationally constrained viral antigens within a tight computational–experimental loop.

You will collaborate with computational biologists and high-throughput teams, publish in leading journals, and contribute to vaccine design through data-driven iteration and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• PhD required or to be awarded by Spring 2027.
• Strong experience applying ML to biomolecular data and protein design.
• Proven publication record or conference presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, benchmark, and deploy AI/ML architectures for antigen design.
• Integrate MD simulations and energetic modeling with deep learning representations.
• Interface with high-throughput experimental platforms to iteratively improve models.
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate across structural biology, virology, immunology, and data science teams.
