Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, benchmark, and deploy AI/ML architectures for variant prediction and conformational stabilization.
• Integrate MD simulations, energetic modeling, and deep learning representations.
• Benchmark and retrain models using prospective experimental data.
• Publish high‑impact manuscripts and present findings at conferences.
• Collaborate with structural biology, virology, immunology, and research computing teams.
