Advanced Group seeks a Research Scientist specializing in AI/ML to accelerate computational drug discovery across biologics and related modalities. You will design predictive and generative models, build scalable ML workflows, and collaborate with biologists, chemists, and data engineers to advance therapeutic design.

The role emphasizes deep learning, protein language models, and cross-disciplinary research in a fast-moving life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, ML, Bioinformatics or related discipline.
• 3+ years in life sciences or biotech applying AI/ML.
• Strong background in therapeutic discovery and ML for biological systems.
• Experience modeling biomolecular sequences, structures, interactions.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, JAX).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for therapeutic discovery and optimization.
• Develop predictive models for sequence-based design and candidate prioritization.
• Build ML workflows for biologics, antibodies, and nucleic acid modalities.
• Apply deep learning, generative AI, and protein language models.
• Maintain reproducible analytical workflows and pipelines.
