Job summary

Vector Solutions seeks an experienced Research & Development Engineer to design, prototype, and integrate AI/ML features into our SaaS platform. You will work under senior engineers to apply models, validate results, and ensure robust production-ready code.

Applicants should have 5+ years of software development, a strong ML foundation, and practical experience with OpenAI, TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong collaboration and testing discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML features in SaaS products.
• Strong coding skills and tests in production-ready apps.
• Practical ML model training, evaluation, and deployment experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into clean, tested code.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine prototypes applying AI/ML models to Vector's SaaS products.
• Write and maintain code that integrates AI/ML APIs into workflows.
• Support data preparation and labeling for model training and evaluation.
• Run experiments, document results, and summarize findings for review.
• Collaborate with QA to test AI-driven features for accuracy and performance.
• Monitor deployed AI features and escalate issues as needed.
