Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform, product, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform roadmaps and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and architects to prioritize capabilities.
• Monitor reliability, security, and performance; reduce operational risk.
• Partner with product teams to drive adoption and measure outcomes.
• Represent platform governance across teams and communicate changes.
