Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and pipelines.
• Familiarity with CVAT/Label Studio or similar annotation tools.
• Understanding of ML concepts and data quality impact on models.

Responsibilities

• Label, annotate, and curate multi-modal datasets to support AI/ML model development.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and quality control of classified/common data.
• Develop annotation standards and data governance processes for consistency and reproducibility.
• Conduct IV&V of datasets and model outputs for data integrity and labeling accuracy.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify data requirements.
• Build and maintain data catalogs, metadata schemas, and access-controlled repositories.
• Use Python, SQL, and annotation platforms to automate labeling workflows and analysis.
• Document data provenance and known limitations to support reproducibility and responsible AI.
• Work within an Agile development environment as part of a large research team.
