Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in AI engineering, with focus on generative AI and Data Science.
• 5+ years' experience managing direct reports.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish a technology vision and strategy for AI engineering.
• Lead the development of a 40+ member team focusing on feature engineering and ML Ops.
• Architect AI workflow and automation pipelines.
