Job summary

SaidGig is seeking an engineer to build production AI capabilities for a next generation recruiting agent. You will develop backend services, refine prompts, and orchestrate AI workflows to deliver AI-powered features in production.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agent capabilities using modern large language models.

• Design and refine prompts, workflows, retrieval augmented generation, and agent orchestration.
• Evaluate model performance and improve quality through ongoing experimentation.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver AI powered features.
• Deploy and maintain scalable AI systems in production.
• Stay current with emerging AI models, tools, and engineering practices.

Work Terms

• Full time, remote role.

Compensation

• Advertised compensation range: $220, 000 to $300, 000 per year.
• National base salary range: $130, 000 to $160, 000 USD.
• Eligible for equity compensation and, depending on role and company policy, performance based bonuses.
• Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement for health insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional remote workforce benefits.
