Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build and scale internal AI capabilities on our platform. You will develop backend services in Python, integrate LLMs, and design prompts and workflows.

Work is fully remote in the United States with flexible hours; you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features and maintain production-grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Experience building applications with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Position: AI/ML Engineer, Internal Platforms
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $220K - $300K/yr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
