Job summary

B&A is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Developer to join a contract with a federal government client, on-site in support of an important mission. The role emphasizes building and deploying AI solutions, NLP techniques, and working with LLMs to address complex challenges.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with AI advancements, and help ensure data privacy and security in all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred; alternative experience considered.
• 3+ years in IT with AI/ML engineering focus, including MLOps and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, and fine-tuning generative AI models including LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for DHS client on-site.
• Design AI solutions using NLP and large language models to solve business problems.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build AI apps and interfaces such as chatbots and assistants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems.
