We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy secure, scalable machine learning systems while contributing to advanced AI infrastructure and mission-critical initiatives.
The role combines hands-on engineering across LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, APIs, and secure DevOps practices.
Design, implement, and optimize production-grade AI/ML applications using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems, including tool use and agent workflows.
Deploy AI solutions across secure cloud environments, including AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for AI training and inference.
Develop metadata catalogs and ontologies to support high-quality AI data.
Create and maintain REST APIs and SDK integrations for data and model interactions.
Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams on secure and scalable implementations.
Apply modern DevOps and CI/CD practices throughout development and deployment.
Document technical decisions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, including REST APIs and SDK integration.
Hands-on production experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool use, LangGraph, and LangChain.
Strong understanding of cloud AI services, including AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, ontologies, and metadata catalogs.
Strong understanding of secure coding and CI/CD practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with enterprise AI and agentic platforms, including Anthropic for Gov, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, or Grok Enterprise.
Knowledge of MCP metadata catalog platforms and advanced API development techniques.
Experience working with government or highly regulated cloud environments.
Familiarity with relevant compliance standards.
