AnaVation is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the research, design, and deployment of operational AI capabilities in support of real-world missions. You will build scalable AI/ML models and pipelines, and deploy with MLOps in secured environments, working onsite in Chantilly, VA.

Requirements include active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and a CS or MS with 10+ years in AI/ML, plus hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn and cloud ML platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly.
• 10+ years AI/ML engineering with advanced degrees.
• Hands-on production AI/GenAI, embeddings, multi-model orchestration.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn and cloud ML platforms.
• Experience with vector DBs, NLP, LLM apps, and tool execution workflows.
• Data architecture integrating vector/graph/relational databases.
• ABAC and data lineage in secured environments.
• Full-stack integration using TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes.

Aufgaben

• Build scalable AI/ML models, pipelines, and microservices.
• Develop training, evaluation, and inference pipelines in Python.
• Deploy and manage models with MLOps, CI/CD, containers, monitoring.
• Implement vector databases, embeddings, LLM apps, and tool calls.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, cost, and scale.
• Ensure AI governance, documentation, and secure posture alignment.
• Provide technical mentorship and drive standardization across teams.
