IQUASAR LLC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join its engineering team, focusing on cloud-based applications in DoD platform environments. The role is hybrid and full-time with a Public Trust/US Citizen clearance requirement.

You will design, train, deploy, and maintain enterprise AI/ML models, working across data preparation, model evaluation, and safety controls, to deliver reliable, scalable government solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT security, data science, software engineering, or related AI/ML deployment in enterprise or government
• Experience building, training and deploying ML models in production
• Experience collaborating with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, train, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models for enterprise-scale and government applications.
• Operationalize AI/ML solutions ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data for AI/ML development and evaluation.
• Evaluate AI technologies and architectures for complex federal government and cybersecurity use cases.
• Develop Generative AI/LLM solutions including prompts, classifiers, and safety controls.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, grounding, and bias before VA adoption.
• Design evaluation methodologies and benchmark model outputs.
