Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled ML/AI Engineer to join our Joint Staff CDAO team. You will design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML capabilities within MSS Foundry, building production‑grade APIs and MLOps for secure DoD environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in ML/AI or related fields, Python proficiency, and experience with Databricks MLflow/Workflows. You will implement agentic workflows, monitor systems, and collaborate across engineering and mission teams to deliver

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, software engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands‑on experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments.
Experience developing AI/ML APIs, services, or application integrations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agentic workflows for automation of lessons‑learned information.
Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within MSS Foundry applications and mission systems.
Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and services for AI capabilities.
Leverage Databricks MLOps capabilities, including MLflow and Databricks Workflows.
Develop automated processes for model validation, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
