Your Mission & Impact

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll be immersed in the frontlines of AI innovation, building with the latest models and techniques across a wide range of real-world challenges. Rather than being locked into a single product or domain, you’ll work at the crossroads of client impact and internal R&D, gaining unmatched exposure to emerging trends while helping shape the AI infrastructure that will power the next wave of enterprise transformation.

Anticipated salary band: $125,000 USD - $200,000 USD, commensurate with experience.

Build Full-Stack, AI-Powered Products

• Own AI product prototypes from idea to deployment, delivering real value fast
• Work across the stack, APIs, frontends, cloud infrastructure, to build cohesive production-ready solutions
• Rapidly experiment with AI-native UX powered by GenAI, RAG, embeddings, multimodal models, and more
• Implement clean, scalable code that balances technical elegance with pragmatic speed

Ship Fast With a Builder’s Mindset

• Build production-grade AI systems that handle enterprise requirements while pushing the boundaries of what's technically possible
• Use AI tools to accelerate dev workflows, from coding assistants to infrastructure-as-code
• Move from zero-to-one on new features and prototypes with minimal supervision
• Build the platform that demonstrates the future of AI in action

About You

• You have 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with significant contributions to shipped production grade products
• Strong experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications (GenAI, RAG, NLP, embeddings, etc.)
• A track record of shipping fast, learning quickly, and solving real-world user problems
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and evolving goals
• Passionate about the future of AI and how it can unlock radically better experiences
