Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands‑on software engineering with Python and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support for AI/ML, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists across engagements to ensure delivery quality.
• Oversee integration of LLM, RAG, and agentic components into enterprise apps and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on architecture, security, and data flows.
• Drive CI/CD, observability, and documentation to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
