Job summary

IT-Strat seeks an AI/ML Application Developer to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML capabilities within the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.x financial environment hosted on OCI for the Defense Agencies Initiative program.

The role emphasizes REST API integration, NLP for financial documents, cognitive metrics, and transitioning agile processes toward government ownership, with required SECRET/TOP SECRET eligibility and a hands-on DevSecOps focus.

Qualifications

Five years minimum AI/ML development experience in enterprise software.
Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Python with production-grade code.
Experience with NLP, knowledge discovery and data mining.
Experience with OCI or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
REST API design and enterprise workflow integration.
End-to-end ML lifecycle in production environments.
Agile or SAFe development experience with time-boxed delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML capabilities within Oracle EBS 12.2.x on OCI.
Build REST API connections between AI/ML models and ERP processes.
Apply NLP to financial documents and automate reporting tasks.
Lead Agile/SAFe development and participate in program increments.
Collaborate with DevSecOps to embed AI in CI/CD pipelines.
