Zusammenfassung

T-Mobile’s AI & Messaging internship offers an 11-week paid learning experience where you’ll tackle real projects, collaborate with product teams, and be mentored by seasoned professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful customer solutions.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, analyze data, and support roadmaps. Eligible students pursuing CS/SE/IT/MIS/Data Science with 18+ status and US work

Qualifikationen

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, SE, IT, MIS, Data Science, or related field.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, REST APIs, SQL.
Interest in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, or automation.
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, analyzing data, tracking KPIs.
Certifications in CSPO/CSM or similar are a plus.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with PMs and engineers to gather requirements and write user stories.
Support design and enhancement of AI-powered and messaging solutions.
Analyze product metrics and feedback to propose data-driven improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and help deliver features on schedule.
Create product docs, process flows, and status reports to improve workflow.
